Client Intake & Consultation Most of our clients invest in Brand Audits or One on One Consultations before placing an order for digital service. This step results in deciding which service is best fit for your brand. During the client intake, we sign legal agreement contracts, discuss your business, ideal visual content and identity, and desired goals for the project.
Industry and Market Research
We research the internet, all social media platforms, and speak with professionals to learn more about the industry. We aim to learn a lot about your competitors to deliver the most effective service. When we are able to discover more about your industry, we are better at delivering the ideal project and vision for success.
Generate Ideas
Based on the service type, we look for inspiration, combine our inspiration with our professional expertise in design, and draw out many ideas as possible. We then narrow down our ideas based off research, presentation, and uniqueness to select the top designs that suit your needs the most.
Create Visuals and Concepts
Once we've gathered all ideas, and decided on the best concepts. We create variations of the concept that are marketable on all platforms, and present a consistent brand identity.
Present Concepts to Our Clients for Review and Feedback
During this process, we email our design concepts to clients for their review and feedback. We speak with clients about why the concepts sent would be successful to their brand. Our clients then provide us with feedback of the concept. The revision and feedback process is transparent and honest. What you feel resonates best with your brand needs is important to us. We execute the necessary revisions if needed to develop the ideal concepts into a fully marketable, and final design.
Design Approval & Delivery
Once your design project has been approved for, a release contract will be sent for signage. The release contract gives an authorization and ownership of the designs to the business. Once the contract has been signed, we will send all files to you in suitable various formats. You are now able to launch and promote your new high quality brand identity, and content.
