After the client has made his/her purchase, an official legal contract will be sent to the client for review, approval, and signing. If the contract is not signed the order will be cancelled. After purchasing your graphic design order, you will be sent an invitation link to become a V.I.P member on our client portal. All information, updates, revisions, approvals, and concerns will be communicated through the portal or by email only.

De Arenque Creations has the right to refuse services to anyone if it does not comply with our company's legal policy. Please review your design contract for the most updated and accurate design policy outline in detail.

Shipping and Refund Policy

De Arenque Creations requires all products shipped to be signed for by the local post office. Standard shipping time is up to 7 business days. Digital services do not require shipping or tracking information.

• An irregular or excessive refund history
